The CURE Insurance Arena recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities.

The Arena is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines. Handicap parking is limited and subject to availability. 

Parking

Located in the parking lot on Broad Street located in front of Gate A (Lot #2). Hang tags or plates are needed for accessible parking and is a first come, first served basis.

Wheelchair Escorts

CURE Insurance Arena Event Staff members will guide guests with mobility challenges to their seating location and to other amenities within the facility. If necessary, a wheelchair can be provided. Escort services are available at Gate A (door 1) by visiting the Guest Services desk. Patrons are able to drop off anyone with mobility challenges at Gate A. You can reach the CURE Insurance Arena Accessibility Hotline at 609-656-3205.

Please note that our staff nor wheelchair can remain with you throughout the event.

Entrances

All three gates (A, B, and C) at the CURE Insurance Arena are accessible.

Elevators

An elevator is available at the CURE Insurance Arena and located on the concourse level at Gate A. The elevator makes all levels of the arena accessible. You will need to be escorted by our Guest Services or Event Staff for handicap floor seated shows.

Restrooms

All restrooms, on all levels, are accessible.

Concession Stands

All concessions stands are accessible on every level of the CURE Insurance Arena.

Water Fountains

Water fountains are mounted low, making them accessible to patrons.

Service Animals

Service Animals/Guide Dogs are permitted in the CURE Insurance Arena. All other animals are prohibited.

Assisted Listening System

Accessible seating is located in the 100 level, 200 level, club level and suite level. It is strongly suggested that all accessible seating and requests be made in advance. Sign language interpreter requests require two weeks advance notice of the show for scheduling. The CURE Insurance Arena personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.

Purchasing Tickets for Accessible

Accessible seating can be purchased online via Ticketmaster. As you hover over the available seating in "map view" it will indicate handicap seating with a handicap symbol as well as indicate that in "list view." For further assistance, you can call our box office at 609-656-3224.

Unannounced Patrons

Patrons needing accessible seating at the time of an event will be directed the box office for availability, on a first come, first served basis.
