What do I do If I lost my ticket(s)?
The CURE Insurance Arena Box Office will be happy to “re-issue” tickets (with proof of purchase) for any of the following reasons:
- Lost/forgotten ticket replacement
- Multi-run exchanges (from one performance time to another, etc.)
- Seat exchanges (if seat exchanges are allowed for the particular event)
- Any other situation where the patron needs the box office to reprint their tickets
I have a Pre-Sale OR Promo code - Where do I enter the code?
Please navigate to the event you'd like to purchase tickets to (Please note: You will be transferred to Ticketmaster for purchase).
PRE-SALE CODES: Ticketmaster will prompt you to enter the Pre-Sale code before it will let you put your tickets into a cart to checkout.
PROMO CODES: Select the event you want to attend. THEN, click the unlock icon (near the price range bar) to enter your exclusive code. Once you have entered your code, all seating that is applicable to that code will appear.
How much is parking?
Prices on parking vary for each event. Please visit the specific event detail page you are inquiring about for the parking price. Parking rates are released 24 - 48 hours prior to your event date.
How do I know where my seat is?
Floor seating is numbered 1 and up, from front to back. 100 level rows are lettered AA-HH and then A-I from bottom to top. 200 level rows are lettered A-I from bottom to top.

What time do the doors open for an event?
For most events, doors normally open (1) hour prior to the event time. You should always visit the event detail tab for all information regarding your ticketed event or visit us on our social media pages.
Can I bring food or drink into the venue (sealed or unsealed)?
No food or drink can be brought into the arena whether sealed or unsealed.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?
Typircally, any child who has reached their 2nd birthday needs a ticket to any event at CURE Insurance Arena. This requirement may vary on an event by event basis. Please always refer to the 'more details' page of your selected event for the most up to date information!
Please Note: Some events require children of age 1 to have a ticket to an event. Please check with the Box Office if you have any questions.
Can I bring a still camera or video camera to an event?
As a general rule, professional cameras, video, flash photography and recording devices are not permitted inside the Arena. This is subject to change on an event-by-event basis. If by chance, a guest brings a camera or recording device to an event, the guest will be asked to return that item to his or her vehicle. The Arena cannot hold any personnel property belonging to a guest.
