The CURE Insurance Arena has recently adopted the Spectra customer service program called "GREAT Experience". Whenever you encounter a CURE Insurance Arena employee they will greet you with a friendly greeting and a big smile. It's all part of the company's new customer service philosophy.
Spectra's customer service philosophy, a company-wide initiative which began at the company's flagship arena, Wells Fargo Center, encourages all of its employees to engage in conversation with customers to not only assist them and make their experience more enjoyable, but for the company to also gauge its performance.
The CURE Insurance Arena will reward its employees who excel in this new customer service initiative with prizes and rewards. This recognition of employee excellence can come from both customers and other employees.
Fans are encouraged to participate in the rewards program by nominating an employee who exemplifies the new customer service philosophy. Fans can nominate an employee for recognition by visiting Guest Services located at the Box Office near section 109 during an event and nominating the employee.
