The CURE Insurance Arena has recently adopted the Global Spectrum customer service program called "How you Doin". Whenever you encounter a CURE Insurance Arena employee they will greet you with a friendly greeting and a big smile. It's all part of the company's new customer service philosophy.
Global Spectrum's customer service philosophy, a company-wide initiative which began at the company's flagship arena, Wachovia Center, encourages all of its employees to engage in conversation with customers to not only assist them and make their experience more enjoyable, but for the company to also gauge its performance.
How You Doin?
The CURE Insurance Arena will reward its employees who excel in this new customer service initiative with prizes and rewards. This recognition of employee excellence can come from both customers and other employees.
Fans are encouraged to participate in the rewards program by nominating an employee who exemplifies the new customer service philosophy. Fans can nominate an employee for recognition by visiting Guest Services located at the Box Office near section 109 during an event and nominating the employee.
As part of the campaign all employees will wear How You Doin! buttons and use the phrase every time a new customer approaches. The program extends to all full-time and part-time employees.
